Do I need to download any software?
No. The training is delivered via our responsive
platform and you can connect via the web
through your computer, mobile or tablet.
How long do I have access to the course?
You have full access to your booked courses
for 6 months.
Are Course Certificates included after the training?
After each training completed course, you will
receive a Course Certificate which you can
retrieve under “my pages”.
I have completed the training but have not received a Certificate
To obtain a course certificate, you need to
complete the training by marking all modules as
completed. When the modules are completed, a
check symbol will show that the module has
been completed.
Can I share my account with a colleague?
No. The booking is personal and should you
share your account further, your account will be
blocked.
